She’s yet to make her big-screen debut in George Miller’s highly anticipated blockbuster Mad Max: Fury Road but Bunbury beauty Courtney Eaton has already garnered praise from her co-stars.

Australian actor Angus Sampson, who also landed a role in the fourth instalment of the apocalyptic franchise, described Eaton, as an “absolute superstar”.

“I remember Courtney well, she’s great, ” Sampson told AAA Weekend while in Melbourne, where he was filming Ten’s political drama Party Tricks. “It’s like she’s come down from the heavens.”

Sampson said the 18-year-old showed big potential in her first major acting role.

“From what I saw, she can do whatever she wants, ” he said. “She’s really smart and she has an incredibly wonderful stillness about her but not in an awkward way. She’s definitely one to watch.”

Eaton was in Sydney wrapping her next Hollywood movie, Gods of Egypt, alongside Gerard Butler and Geoffrey Rush.
