Regional land buyers can access generous rebates as part of LandCorp’s Hot 40 rebate campaign, which aims to encourage expansion in WA’s regional towns through affordable homesites.

New lots will be available across 40 regional areas in WA, including the East and West Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Mid West, Goldfields, Wheatbelt, Peel, South West and Great Southern regions, with rebates ranging from $2000-$10,000 for residential and industrial lots settled before April 30.

“We are unlocking residential and industrial land to ensure our regional towns remain affordable and accessible for all West Australians, ” LandCorp chief executive Frank Marra said

“There is incredible choice in the size and location of available lots, from coastal living in the West Kimberley region to rural towns in the Wheatbelt.”

Key LandCorp development zones featured in the campaign include Karratha, Broome, Newman, Mandurah, Carnarvon and Onslow.

Reduced rebates will be offered on lots settled in May while there will be select residential lots eligible for additional rebates for landscaping, sustainable design and early completion.

“Investment in new residential and industrial developments drives local economic growth and strengthens the social fabric and diversity of our communities, ” Mr Marra said.
